Warren Post Office Lawn Maintenance

WARREN, NJ — Numerous residents have contacted the Township Committee regarding the unsightly appearance of the Warren Post Office property. The Township Committee has directed the Zoning Officer to take appropriate action to ensure that the lawn is properly maintained. The Zoning Officer has contacted Mr. Edwin Turner; the Officer in Charge, Plainfield and the area directly adjacent to the front parking lot has now been mowed.

Additionally, we have solicited the assistance of Congressman Leonard Lance's office and Mr. Robert Schultz, Manager Consumer & Industry Contact USPS.

The Township will continue to follow up with postal representatives to ensure the maintenance on the remainder of the property.

The Warren Post Office, located on 2 Technology Drive North is owned and is the responsibility of the United States Postal Service (USPS).

The Township Committee will continue to challenge the USPS to improve the services provided by the Warren Post Office in these and other matters concerning them.
