Warren Schools To Host Open House For Preschool Program
The integrated preschool program is open for 3 and 4 year old children. Open houses will be held on Dec. 10 and 13 at Mt. Horeb School.
WARREN, NJ — Warren Township School District is offering an open house for parents to learn about its integrated preschool program for 3 and 4 year old children.
The open houses will be held at Mt. Horeb School at 80 Mt. Horeb Rd. on:
- Tuesday, Dec. 10 from 1 to 2 p.m.
- Friday, Dec. 13 from 10 to 11 a.m.
The program follows the Creative Curriculum for Preschool which is aligned with the state curriculum standards in order to prepare students for kindergarten. The program serves children who are typically developing and those with special needs. The curriculum addresses skills and concepts in literacy, math, science, social studies, the arts, and technology.

The program offers two sessions:
- AM Session 9:10 to 11:40 a.m. Monday through Friday
- PM Session 12:40 to 3:10 p.m. Monday through Friday
Anticipated annual tuition is $3,750 per year with busing available.

To be eligible, the following criteria must be met:
- Proof of residency in Warren Township and child’s birth certificate
- Age 3 by Oct. 1, 2020 for the three year old children
- Age 4 by Oct. 1, 2020 for the four year old children
- Students eligible for entrance into kindergarten in September 2020 will not be considered for enrollment in the four year old preschool program.
Applications for September 2020 enrollment are available during the Open House dates, in the main office of the schools, the BOE Office (located at 213 Mt. Horeb Road) and at warrentboe.org.
