Warren Surveys Residents On Potential Park And Ride Service
Are you interested in Park and Ride service in Warren to Newark, Jersey City and New York City? The township wants to know!

WARREN, NJ — Are you interested in Park and Ride service in Warren? The township wants to know! A survey is being conducting to see if there is enough interest to establish a Park and Ride location for bus service to Newark, Jersey City and New York City in order to increase the commuting options for Warren residents.
The Warren Township Committee, represented by Township Committeeman George Lazo, is working in conjunction with the Somerset County Board of Chosen Freeholders, Somerset County Planning Division and Ridewise Executive Director Donna Allison is conducting a survey for input on this potential plan.
"The goal is to improve the quality of life and commuting time of our residents," Lazo said.

The proposed Park and Ride location has not been determined but will likely be within 1 mile from exit 36 at I-78.
The regional private commuter bus carriers will consider offering this amenity to Warren residents if the township can demonstrate sufficient interest in utilizing this service.

Residents are encouraged to complete the online survey available at the Ridewise Link: Park-n-ride-survey and the Warren Township website Warrennj.org.
