Warren, WHRHS Closed Wednesday Due To Snow
Breaking: All Warren Township Schools and Watchung Hills Regional High School will be closed Wednesday, due to inclement weather.

WARREN, NJ — All Warren Township Schools and Watchung Hills Regional High School will be closed Wednesday, due to inclement weather and poor road conditions.
All after-school and evening activities are canceled. Raritan Valley Community College is also closed on Wednesday.
Due to exceeding the allotment of emergency closing days at WHRHS, school will be open on Thursday, April 5 (Day 4) and Friday, April 6 (Day 2).

As many as 18 inches of heavy, wet snow could fall, creating the potential for power outages across the state. The double-wave storm, the fourth possible nor'easter to hit New Jersey in three weeks, could be a "long-duration event" packing 45 mph winds. The bulk of the storm is expected to come in two waves, especially on Wednesday, and could extend the nor'easter to a 36-hour system.
