$142K Winning Lottery Ticket Sold In North Plainfield

NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ — Check your tickets, you could be the lucky lottery winner. A ticket sold at a Somerset County convenience store won the $142,342 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot from the Monday, March 11 drawing.

The ticket was sold at the 7-Eleven#18141, 564 Route 22 and Westervelt Ave., in North Plainfield.

It matched all five numbers drawn, which were: 6, 15, 24, 27 and 38 and the XTRA number was: 2.

"We are thrilled that the winning jackpot ticket was sold at 7-Eleven #18141. The retailer will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for selling the winning ticket. Overnight, they have become one more 'lucky location' for the very fortunate lottery winner," Acting Executive Director James Carey said.
