2 Somerset County Massage Parlors Busted For Prostitution: SCPO

GREEN BROOK, NJ — Two Green Brook and New York women were arrested and charge with prostitution while working at "suspected brothels" in Somerset County.

Taidhun Weh, 60, of Green Brook and Yuhong J. Chen, 47 of Flushing, New York were both arrested following a one-month long, joint investigation by the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Organized Crime and Narcotics Task Force and the Green Brook Police Department.

The investigation began after several concerned citizens complained to police about a suspected brothel being run out of the massage parlor, My Favorite Massage, located on Route 22, Green Brook.

An undercover Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office went into My Favorite Massage on Friday, Dec. 14 at about 12:30 p.m. where Weh allegedly propositioned him for a sexual act in exchange for cash.

Weh was the arrested and charged with engaging in prostitution, a disorderly persons offense out of Green Brook Municipal Court. Weh was later processed and released on her own recognizance, pending an appearance in Municipal Court.

Several concerned citizens also made complaints about a suspected brothel being run out of the massage parlor, Healthy Tone Spa, located on Route 27 in Franklin Township.

On Dec. 11 at about 1:45 p.m. an undercover Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office detective went into Healthy Tone Spa where Chen allegedly propositioned him for a sexual act in exchange for cash.

Chen was then arrested and charged with engaging in prostitution, a disorderly persons offense out of Franklin Township Municipal Court. Chen was later processed and released on her own recognizance, pending an appearance in Municipal Court.
