• Pedestrian Killed In Hit-And-Run Route 22 Crash In Watchung, Man Arrested: Prosecutor (patch.com) — Residents in Watchung are being urged to come forward with any information after a 56-year-old Brooklyn man was fatally struck in a hit-and-run on Route 22 West near Mountain Avenue early Saturday morning. Authorities say a 32-year-old Piscataway man was arrested at his home after officers found a damaged Nissan Pathfinder, and the investigation by county and Watchung police remains active.
