Arooga's Grille House, Sports Bar To Open Sunday

The first 100 guests to register in person at Arroga's on Route 22 East in North Plainfield on May 28 will receive free wings for a year.

NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ — Arooga's Grille House & Sports Bar in North Plainfield is opening on Sunday.

The new restaurant at 1250 Route 22 East is the first of at least four locations expected to open in Union and Somerset counties of New Jersey.

The North Plainfield Arooga's offers guests a 7,300-square foot restaurant with a view of every game from every seat.

Arooga's offers a diverse menu featuring fresh, made to order items created with high quality ingredients, which includes many organic and gluten free options, and their Buffalo Wing Festival award-winning wings.

The bar features handcrafted cocktails made with real fruit juices and premium spirits and 44 beers on draft including national and local craft favorites.

As part of the grand opening celebration, the first 100 guests to register in person prior to the 11 a.m. opening at Arooga’s on May 28 will receive free wings for a year! For complete rules, visit www.aroogas.com.

“We are super excited to bring our first location to New Jersey and can’t wait to show the good people of North Plainfield what Arooga’s is all about,” said Gary Huether, Jr., president and co-founder of Arooga’s.

Arooga’s began franchising in 2014 and in addition to 10 corporate locations in Central Pennsylvania, Arooga’s currently has franchise locations in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Rhode Island in operation, with locations in Pennsylvania, Florida, and Massachusetts currently under development.
