The Art of Expression: Youth from Somerset Home for Temporarily Displaced Children Showcase Their Works of Art

Somerset Home Hosts Art Expo at the Jewish Community Center on May 30

Join us at Somerset Home’s Art Expo 2015 to showcase the artwork and talents of youth in our community.

The community-wide event is being hosted by Somerset Home (somersethome.org), a local non-profit organization that provides a home and a hopeful future for abused, neglected, homeless, and runaway youth throughout New Jersey. The community-at-large is invited to see the amazing works of art created by the talented youth.

Somerset Home for Temporarily Displaced Children (somersethome.org) provides abused, neglected, homeless, and runaway youth with housing, a stable environment, and supportive services that guide them in becoming self-sufficient. Since 1970, over 7,000 runaway, homeless, abused or neglected youth have come to seek shelter, food, clothing, and support services. 

Somerset Home’s residential programs and one of our Street Smart street outreach offices are located in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Satellite offices in East Orange, Hackensack and Morristown provide street outreach services to six northern and central New Jersey counties (Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Morris, and Union).
