Borrowed Vehicle Comes with Arrest Warrants
Watchung police also report noticing plates don't match a car.

Olivia Parkay, 39, of Plainfield, was taken into custody by at 5:18 p.m. July 26 after police stopped the vehicle she was driving on Route 22 after a check of the vehicle's license plates found a warrant for the arrest of the owner issued by Piscataway Township municipal court.
However, it wasn't Parkay's vehicle—though police said she was driving with a suspended license and didn't have auto insurance.
Parkay was released after charges were filed for the alleged offenses, and the vehicle was secured until a licensed driver not wanted by police was able to remove it.

Meanwhile, reported charging Charles Williams, 36, of Green Brook, with driving with fictitious plates after they say the plates on the green, four-door Volvo S40 he was driving belonged on a silver Dodge Charger, according to the vehicle's registration.
Police said Williams was wanted on several outstanding warrants from Irvington and Orange municipal courts, and he was turned over to Irvington Police after charges of failing to exhibit an insurance card and driving with fictitious plates were filed.
