Confession Will be Admissible In Somerset County Murder Trial
Somerset County resident David Granskie Jr. claimed he made a false confession to police because he was going through heroin withdraw.

Bridgewater resident David Granskie Jr. claimed he made a false confession to police about his involvement in the sexual assault and murder of his fathers girlfriend because he was going through heroin withdraw, according to mycentraljersey.com.
However, Superior Court Judge Robert Reed ruled the confession will be admissible in the Sept. 3 trial because Granskie knew he had waived his right to remain silent, according to mycentraljersey.com.
