September 18, 2014 - Bedminster, NJ – Susan Blubaugh was awarded CASIMIR A. AND JANE P. SIENKIEWICZ AWARD FOR A TRADITIONAL PAINTING IN THE STYLE OF THE NEW HOPE SCHOOL for her painting “Frozen Pond” Oil 20x24

Susan M. Blubaugh

Susan has been painting landscapes, still lifes and the occasional portrait in Bucks County, PA and Hunterdon County, NJ since 2001. She started her career as a painter and illustrator in New York City where she studied at the Art Students League and the National Academy of Design with painters Isaac Soyer, Harvey Dinnerstein, Burton Silverman, Hilary Holmes and Curt Hanson.
