Tiannah Womack, 21, of Plainfield, was turned over to Somerset County Jail June 13, after she was taken into custody and charged with shoplifting cosmetics valued at $10.45 from , when police discovered outstanding warrants for her arrest while processing the shoplifting charge at 4:32 p.m.
Bail for the outstanding warrants and the shoplifting charge totaled $350, which Womack was unable to pay.
