Watchung residents have until Nov. 20 to pay their fourth quarter property tax bills, after the Borough Council and mayor approved the new date at Thursday's meeting.
There is one caveat: pay the taxes on Nov. 21 and interest will be charged dating to Nov. 1.
The grace period was extended because of the ongoing power outage caused by Hurricaen Sandy.Ā
