Introduction to Qigong

Presented by: Patricia Barron
Ages:  Adult

Qigong (pronounced Chi gong) means 'energy work' and essentially, it is the art of cultivating your vital energy or Qi. Qigong exercises promote good balance, coordination, inner and outer strength and a lively spirit by moving slowly without strain. The slow, easy movements smooth the flow of Qi and enhance the body's natural ability to balance and heal itself. Come and join us for an easy and relaxing way to better health.   Monday, March 5, 19 and April 16 and 30

Registration opens February 22 at 10:00 AM. By entering your email address, you'll receive a reminder about the program.
