NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – Christopher Tarver of Jackson was arrested by officers of the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office on Tuesday and charged with various counts of sexual assault of a child.  	None of the alleged assaults occurred in North Plainfield, but the Middlesex County Prosecutor says that they occurred between 2010 and 2012 in Edison and Dunellen. At that time, Tarver was employed as the North Plainfield Recreation Director.
