Green Brook Man Arrested For DUI In Bedminster
Bedminster Police reported making 3 warrant arrests and 1 driving under the influence arrest last week, according to the police blotter.

BEDMINSTER, NJ — A Green Brook man was arrested in Bedminster for driving under the influence, according to police blotter.
On April 15 at 1 a.m., while conducting a stationary radar post on Route 202/206 northbound just prior to Route 202, Bedminster Police observed a gray Hyundai Sonata traveling at a high rate of speed in the left lane.
A motor vehicle was conducted at Lamington Road in the area of Clucas Brook Road. Subsequent to the investigation, Michael Derrico, 26, of Green Brook was arrested for driving under the influence and issued motor vehicle summonses for speeding 65mph/50mph zone, careless driving, noisy muffler, obstructed windshield for vision, failure to maintain lane and marked turning course, Bedminster Police reported.

On April 9 at 1:05 a.m.: Bedminster Police responded to Bloomfield Police Department and took over custody of Raffi Estevez, 28, of Sloatsburg, New York was arrested on a Bedminster Township warrant
for $500. Estevez posted bail and was released.

On April 11 at approximately 1:01 a.m.: Bedminster Police observed a blue Jaguar drive past with obstructed front windows from tint on Route 202/206 northbound passing River Road. A motor vehicle stop was conducted on Route 206 northbound at Somerset Financial Drive. Subsequent to the investigation,
Philip Diaz, 41, of Branchville was arrested for a traffic warrant out of Emerson Boro for $530. Diaz was unable to post bail and was released on his own recognizance. Diaz was issued motor vehicle summonses for driving after driver’s license suspended/revoked, obstruction of windshield for vision and failure to possess driver’s license.
On April 12 at 9:50 p.m.: Bedminster Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on a grey Toyota Rav4 on Route 206 at Somerset Financial driver. Prior to the stop, the officer observed the vehicle fail to keep right.
Subsequent to the investigation, Patrick Coote, 29, of Bridgewater was arrested on a warrant out of Hopatcong for $750 and a warrant out of Peapack-Gladstone for $500. Coote posted bail and was issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to keep right, driving while suspended, failure to surrender driver’s license after suspension and driving with an expired license.
