Green Brook Middle School Volleyball Tournament

Registration is open for the April 8th Doug Humphrey Memorial Volleyball Tournament

The Green Brook Education and Athletic Foundation
Doug Humphrey Memorial Volleyball Tournament

Doug Humphrey was a former Green Brook Township Public School Board member and a
revered member of the Green Brook community. Humphrey was a true fan of
the sport of volleyball and was an enthusiastic participant in the Green
Brook Education and Athletic Foundation's Volleyball Tournament last year.
Sadly, Mr. Humphrey passed away in February. Survived by his wife Kathy, and two
sons, Patrick and Griffith, he will be missed by those whose lives he
touched. Among many things, he will be remembered for his kindness and his
contribution to our schools and the community. The GBEAF wishes to honor
his memory and celebrate his life by dedicating this year's volleyball
tournament to him and donating the proceeds to the education of his sons.

The tournament will take place on Friday, April 8th at 6:00 PM in the gym at
Green Brook Middle School. Registration forms for a total of 16 teams of 6-8 players each and a minimum of 3 students are
being accepted through April 4th. Registration is $40. per team. Spectators will be asked for a $5
donation. Please email Mr. Fornale at Green Brook Middle School for a registration form pfornale@gbtps.org. For information about the Foundation visit www.gbeaf.org
