
Green Brook police received the following theft reports between Aug. 1 and Aug. 7:
- A Thomas Court resident reported fraudulent charge $164.85 on his debit card. The charges were made in South Carolina, and the incident was reported as a matter of record.
- A Rock Avenue resident reported the theft of a Garvin Nuvi GPS, valued at $350, and an umbrella from vehicle, after someone smashed the passenger side window to gain entry to the vehicle. The theft occurred sometime between 8 p.m. Aug. 2 and 11:44 a.m. Aug. 3. The damage was estimated to cost $300 to repair.
