Union County residents are invited to participate in an online “Health & Well-Being Assessment” survey that will help identify continuing, unmet needs related to Superstorm Sandy and its aftermath.
The survey, sponsored by the Union County Office of Health Management, is available at ucnj.org/public-safety.
The brief survey asks residents to record the extent to which they were affected by the storm, what resources they used to aid their recovery, and whether they are continuing to experience economic, physical, or mental health impacts.
