Woman Says $4,200 Watch Stolen in Green Brook

A Hillside woman reported a suspected theft Tuesday, that she said she believes occurred Aug. 2 while she was getting a massage in Green Brook.

The woman said she had removed her stainless steel Cartier watch, valued at $4,200, before getting a massage on that day. She told police she didn't realize it was missing until Aug. 3.

Upon realizing it was missing, she contacted the massage salon to see if it had been found, and when it wasn't, she immediately contacted her insurance company to file a claim.

The insurer told her to report the loss to police.
