Local Runners Finished Marathon, Despite Explosions

Two Green Brook residents, Deborah Capko and Steve Kinney, participated in today's Boston Marathon, finishing well ahead of the two explosions which killed two eople and injured 22 more near the marathon's finish line today. 

Capko completed the race at 2:37 p.m., followed by Kinney at 2:52 p.m.—which was about two minutes after the blasts.

Information about the status of participants is difficult, with some only able to relay their information via Facebook pages.
