No Evening Hours Dec. 31 At County Clerk's Office

The Somerset County Clerk’s Office, located in the county Administration Building at 20 Grove St. in Somerville, will close at 4 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, Wednesday, Dec. 31.

Somerset County offices will be closed Jan. 1 for New Year’s Day. 

Office hours at the County Clerk’s Office are normally 8:15 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and extended until 6 p.m. on Wednesday evenings.

The Somerset County Clerk’s Office administers oath to notaries public, processes passport applications, and records land records and related legal documents that deal with land situated in Somerset County.
