North Plainfield Man Reports Credit Card Stolen

Green Brook Police are investigating the reported theft of a credit card that was subsequently used to purchase $1,900 of goods.

According to police, a North Plainfield resident reported the theft occurred sometime between 7 p.m. May 25 and 7 a.m. May 29, as he was staying at the .

The victim said the card had been used to purchase goods and services totaling $1,900. He suspected a "Pakistani man" he met at the motel had taken the card.
