Open House @ Endorphin CrossFit
Endorphin CrossFit in Middlesex is holding an Open House event this weekend from 10:30-3. Workouts at 10:30 and Pig Roast at 1pm.
Endorphin CrossFit is hosting their second Open House event, in the form of an in-house Throwdown. Coaches will put together teams of members, family, and friends to perform short fun workouts. Workouts will start about 10:30am with a free pig roast after at 1pm.
The event is open to the public and all are encouraged to come and watch or even participate!
If you have been interested in giving CrossFit a try, this is a great opportunity to come in and meet the coaches, members, and tour the facility. Endorphin CrossFit is also running a Groupon special right now.
