Watchung police charged Tameika Van Horne, 31, of Plainfield, with shoplifting at 3:46 p.m. Sept. 29, after Wal-Mart security personnel reported she allegedly placed and concealed groceries and clothing, valued at $329.96 altogether, in a shopping cart.
She was released after posting a $150 bond, pending an appearance in municipal court.
