
Two men were taken into custody following a dispute at the on Stirling Road at about 8 p.m. June 18, according to .
Luis Leonar Rubio, 28, of Jersey City, and Elias Soto, 27, also of Jersey City, were taken into custody following the incident. Soto was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.
After he was taken into custody, police discovered two outstanding warrants, one issued by the Union City municipal court, with a bond set at $2,500, and one issued by Jersey City, with a $1,000 bond.

Soto was unable to pay the outstanding warrants' bonds, plus the $1,500 bond for set for the disorderly charge, and was turned over to Somerset County Jail.
Leonar Rubio was also charged with a disorderly persons offense. He was turned over to the Somerset County Jail after the charge was filed, with bail set at $1,500.
