Justin Bowman Completes Watchung Police Ranks
Joins department after working for Rutgers-Newark campus police.

Justin Bowman, 30, became the newest member fo the Watchung Borough Police Department, after being sworn in at Thursday's Borough Council meeting.
Bowman brings six years experience to the job, having worked at the Newark campus of Rutgers' police department since 2006, after graduating with an associate's egree in criminal justice from Middlesex County Community College in 2005.
He completed basic police training at the Essex County Police Academy in February 2007.

Bowman cuurently resides in Warren County, but grew up in Dunellen, where he played on the Dunellen High School football and baseball teams before graduating in 2000.
He was accompanied by his grandfather, parents and fiancee at the council meeting, also attended by Chief of Police Timothy Wenzel and Lt. Joseph Cina.
