Somerset County Eighth Healthiest For Kids In The U.S.

Somerset County has been ranked by U.S. News as the eighth healthiest county for kids to live in the county.

With help from the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute, U.S. News ranked counties nationwide based on the environmental and health factors that have an effect on children growing up in the area.

They also took into account statistical data such as infant mortality, poverty, obesity, teen pregnancy, and child injury rates.
