A 17-year-old Franklin Township teen was walking home with friend when he was shot dead in a church parking lot.
A 17-year-old Franklin Township teen was walking home with friend when he was shot dead in the First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens church parking lot around 9 p.m. Monday night.
Joel Burton was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and was pronounced dead, according to nj.com.
