In December of 2012, Laurie O’Neill left a holiday party and was driving home through Montgomery Townshi, when her vehicle was struck head-on by another vehicle that had drifted across the centerline and into her lane of travel, according to nj.com.
The driver of the other vehicle was texting on a cell phone and failed to maintain control of his vehicle. O’Neill was killed three days before Christmas, according to nj.com.
