Green Brook police respond to call from newspaper delivery man.

Ilya Starikov, 30, of Greenbrook Road, was taken into custody after police responded to a 9-1-1 call from a newspaper carrier, at about 4:30 a.m. June 10.
According to the report, the carrier reported hearing a bang on the back of his vehicle as he was backing out of a driveway after delivering a newspaper. He got out to inspect the car, and saw a dent and scratches—and a brick on the ground.
He was then approached by two men yelling at him and he called for police.
