Two Teens Inhaled Nitrous Oxide Moments Before Car Crash In Somerset County

Two Summit teens inhaled Nitrous Oxide, also known as ”doing whip-its”, just moments before their car crashed into the barrier along Route 22 east in Watchung, according to nj.com.

The 18-year-old driver told police that about a minute after inhaling the substance he passed out, which caused his car to run through an intersection, off the road, and into the center median, according to nj.com.
