U.S. Armed Forces Recruiting Office To Open In North Plainfield

NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ — The United States Government for an Armed Forces Recruiting Office has signed a lease to open at the CVS Plaza in North Plainfield through commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation.

The recruiting office will occupy the remaining 3,900-square-foot space at the 18,900-square-foot, Route 22 retail property, which also includes a 15,000-square-foot CVS Pharmacy. The office will be located at 917 Route 22 East.

“We are pleased to partner with our armed forces and meet their space requirements at CVS Plaza,” said LMC Leasing Representative Vanessa Fernandez, who arranged the 3,900-square-foot, long-term lease. “From a standpoint of demographics and accessibility, this property provides a great place to service the regional community.”
