Watchung, Green Brook Schools Have Delayed Opening

WATCHUNG/GREEN BROOK, NJ — All Watchung and Green Brook schools will have a two-hour delayed opening on Thursday, due to winter weather conditions.

Watchung's Valley View School will start at 10:15 a.m. Bayberry School will start at 10:45 a.m. Preschool classes will start at 11 a.m. Lunch periods will be held in both schools. After school activities will run as scheduled. Best Times will only operate after school.

There will be no Green Brook EAF before-care.

Watchung Hills Regional High School will follow a Day 1 schedule with classes beginning at 9:35 a.m.

Here is the WHRHS full time schedule below:

• Time Slot 1 - 9:35 - 10:15 a.m.
• Time Slot 2 - 10:20 - 10:55 a.m.
• Time Slot 3 - 11 - 11:35 a.m.
• Lunch - 11:35 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
• Time Slot 4 - 12:20 - 12:55 p.m.
• Time Slot 5 - 1 - 1:35 p.m.
• Time Slot 6 - 1:40 - 2:15 p.m.
