Watchung's Sandie Stransky Named Exec VP
Impact Unlimited creates new position in recognition of Stransky's achievements.

A leading professional in the event and exhibits industry was recognized this week for her long-standing service to the industry, her company, and its clients when Impact Unlimited appointed Sandie Stransky to the newly created position of executive vice president.
Stransky, a long-time veteran of Impact Unlimited who is well known within the industry, had served as vice president of sales for the company. In her new position, Stransky will continue to serve as the company’s client ambassador, working closely with Impact Unlimited’s global portfolio of leading brands to create and deploy event and exhibits campaigns worldwide. But her responsibilities will broaden as she helps Impact Unlimited position the company for new opportunities in an ever-changing industry.
“For many of our clients, Sandie serves as the face of Impact Unlimited, a deeply committed and caring professional who understands the fundamental role of service and quality in our industry,” Richard Nelson, founder and CEO, said. “In this regard, Sandie has played a major role in the growth of Impact Unlimited and has been instrumental in aligning our company with the people, partners, and clients who have distinguished Impact Unlimited as a world-class creative, product, and service agency in the live event industry.”

With the promotion, Stransky is now being charged with expanding her leadership within Impact Unlimited, developing the teams, talent, and partnerships required to meet growing client needs.
“In many ways this is more than a promotion,” Ken Payne, Impact Unlimited president, said. “Rather, it’s recognition of the role Sandie has played and our confidence that she has the vision and ability to lift us to an even more successful future.

“The live event and exhibit industry has changed dramatically over the past decade, and so too has its level of sophistication," Payne added. "Global brands are searching for long-term partners that can articulate their story through technology and creativity, while flawlessly executing programs in every corner of the world. Sandie has been instrumental at seeding that understanding inside Impact Unlimited, allowing us to remain vital and relevant to our clients 40 years after our founding. Her promotion provides a stronger framework for her to share her industry knowledge in building an organization that best meets the needs of world-class brands that are seeking to enhance the impact of their live event programs while maximizing their return on investment.”
“It is a cliché to say that it’s the quality of the people that makes for an outstanding organization,” Stransky said. “But in the case of Impact Unlimited, I work within an organization with creative, caring, and experienced professionals, many of whom have worked together for years, and all of whom share an unwavering commitment to serving a world-class stable of clients. It’s a culture I have always been proud of—a team that works collaboratively, collegially, and always with the client’s best interests at heart.”
