Watchung, Green Brook, WHRHS Now Closed Tuesday

All Watchung and Green Brook schools and Watchung Hills Regional High School are now closed on Tuesday, Feb. 12.

WATCHUNG, NJ — All Watchung and Green Brook schools and Watchung Hills Regional High School will now be closed on Tuesday, Feb. 12, due to inclement weather and poor road conditions, the districts announced Tuesday morning.

The schools had initially announced a two-hour delayed opening on Monday night.

Governor Phil Murphy declared a state of emergency on Monday night and a winter storm warning was issued for Sussex, Passaic, Morris, Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren counties while a winter weather advisory was declared for the rest of the state, except for Cape May County.
