Her parents, Veronica and Julio Ramirez of Hillsborough, welcomed their 7 pounds, 13.4 ounce daughter into the world on Jan. 2 at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Somerset, thanks to doctor Thomas DeAngelis, MD who made the delivery, according to The Hillsborough Beacon.
