Woman Reports Burglary—But Only Wants Items Returned
Tells Green Brook police she doesn't want to prosecute.

A King Court woman came to Green Brook police headquarters at 10:07 a.m. Aug. 27 and reported a burglary.
She told police she believed members of her family had broken into her home and stolen several items. She added she only wanted her items returned from a Plainfield pawn shop—but didn't want to have charges filed against the culprits.
Police told her they would investigate the burglary, and if evidence justified charges being filed, they would do so.
