1 Dead, 4 Injured In Passaic County Crash
An investigation into what caused the crash is ongoing, police said.
PASSAIC COUNTY, NJ — One person is dead, and four are injured following a car crash in Passaic County this week.
On Wednesday, around 2:30 p.m., police were called to Hobart Avenue and Tilt Street in Haledon on reports of a crash involving a Nissan Altima and a Ford Escape.
The front passenger of the Nissan, a 69-year-old man, was rushed to St. Joseph’s Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead, police said.

The driver of the Nissan and three occupants in the Ford were also taken to the hospital for treatment. Their conditions are not known at this time.
