1,000+ Students Graduate From Passaic County Tech, Lobosco STEM Academy

PCTVS hosted three graduation ceremonies to celebrate those receiving diplomas as part of the Class of 2023.

WAYNE, NJ — More than 1,000 people received their diplomas from Passaic County Technical-Vocational Schools in a series of graduation ceremonies "paving the way for a bright and prosperous future," the schools said.

PCTVS hosted three graduation ceremonies over two days, to celebrate those receiving diplomas as part of the Class of 2023.

Two were for the 793 Passaic County Technical Institute graduates, "where students from diverse fields, including culinary arts, automotive technology, healthcare, and engineering, showcased their extraordinary skills and expertise."

The Wayne-based technical and vocational schools also celebrated the 241 graduates of the Diana C. Lobosco STEM Academy, which educates students in science, technology, and engineering.

"The atmosphere during these momentous ceremonies was truly electric," the school said. "Filled with contagious anticipation and jubilation, families, friends, and educators joined together to honor our exceptional graduates."

Both schools were highly-rated in state Department of Education rankings, and had the highest summative scores of any high school in the county.

The schools extended "heartfelt congratulations" to all Class of 2023 graduates.

"Our student’s accomplishments have filled us with immense pride, and we eagerly anticipate the future achievements as they shape the world with their extraordinary talents and determination," said the school district. "We celebrate the remarkable accomplishments of the PCTVS Class of 2023 and bid them farewell as they embark on their next chapter, carrying the torch of knowledge and the Bulldog spirit within them."
