5 William Paterson Students Positive For Coronavirus: University
Five students and one employee tested positive for the coronavirus last week, the university reported.
WAYNE, NJ — Five William Paterson University students and one employee tested positive for the coronavirus last week, the university reported.
Through the university's coronavirus dashboard, there have now been 27 total positive cases of students and six employees to date.
According to the dashboard, 22 students and two employees have recovered.

Wayne Mayor Christopher Vergano reported 154 new coronavirus cases during the month of October, a figure that more than doubles the total from September.
Wayne Township reported 74 new cases during July and September, and 76 new cases in August.

"The numbers are going in the wrong direction," said Vergano.
