• 6 men charged in series of 'violent' smash-and-grab jewelry store robberies (news12.com) — Federal prosecutors say six men are charged in a series of violent smash-and-grab jewelry store robberies, including a June 16, 2026 heist at a Wayne shop. Investigators used DNA, surveillance and getaway cars to link suspects to incidents in Wayne, Paterson and Union City that allegedly netted hundreds of thousands of dollars in jewelry.
