B Fit’s 90 Day Contest

Here at B Fit, we host an annual body transformation contest for women ages 18 and older.  It begins on January 1, 2013 and ends on March 31, 2013. Our mission is to help women regain their strength and confidence by losing weight, gaining muscle tone, feeling better about themselves, and developing longer, lasting healthier lifestyles! You can be the next winner of B Fit’s Grand Prize of $1000. All you have to do is follow the directions below to enter and become the healthiest version of yourself!

Participation fee is $40, which goes towards the grand prize.  You must register and receive your free initial consultation before the holidays begin. All participants will be required to do initial and final measurements, pictures (bikini or tight clothing), and weigh in. Bi-weekly measurements are optional. Our definition of the best body transformation: based on inches lost, weight loss, muscle tone, and adopting overall health and wellness habits. All of our judges are female and B Fit Professionals. All your information will be confidential and a contract to protect your confidentiality will be signed between B Fit and the participant.

Participants of the contest will receive many complimentary services, such as: bi-weekly newsletters containing delicious family friendly recipes, tips on healthy eating, and exercise routines; initial consultation to create monthly goals and motivation for the contest; support groups both online and in person; plus discounts for all fitness and nutritional needs.
