Autumn Lights Festival This Weekend In West Milford: What To Know

One of North Jersey's largest street fairs returns - but has switched to Sunday because of the rainy forecast. Here's the scoop:

WEST MILFORD, NJ — One of North Jersey's largest street fairs returns this weekend, filling the streets of West Milford Township with vendors, food trucks, amusements, live music, and other activities.

The 27th annual Autumn Lights Festival was moved to Sunday because of the rain forecast in the area on Saturday. It is from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1 Marshall Hill Road in West Milford, and entry is free.

More than 300 vendors will be there, selling a wide range of items from candles to clothes, wood crafts to jewelry, and more. Food trucks will also be at the venue. The kids' zone includes a petting zoo, pumpkin painting, toy vendors, face painting, and more.

Police say to expect delays on major roads, and advise people to plan for longer travel times as well as to watch for pedestrians. Union Valley Road will be closed between Marshall Hill Road and Bearfort from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Free parking with shuttles can be found at West Milford Recreation Center, the Hillcrest Building, or Cosmo's Market. Parking is allowed on side streets, except where prohibited.
