Beefsteak Dinner to be Held Nov. 4 in Honor of Wayne Girl Battling Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma

Lily LaRue Anderson is a 6-year-old girl who "is so smart, funny, and loves life," according to her Go Fund Me page.

Wayne resident Lily LaRue Anderson is a “smart, funny” 6-year-old girl who was diagnosed with Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) five months ago.

Although her Go Fund Me page says “It is impossible to remove a tumor in this area and we don’t know what causes a diffuse pontine glioma,” residents can still help.

A beefsteak dinner is being held in November to benefit the Anderson family and tickets are available for purchase, according to Cliffview Pilot.
