BJ's Wholesale Club Will Open Friday In Wayne

WAYNE, NJ — The new BJ's Wholesale Club in Wayne has an opening date. The 300 Willowbrook Mall store will open Friday.

The new location will also feature a gas station, set to open in December.

The business requires a membership to shop inside its stores or online. But non-members can get a one-day pass to make purchases. Each member can also bring two guests, but the guests don't have purchasing privileges. Non-members can use BJ's gas stations, but they won't receive membership discounts.

Members can shop within the store or use curbside pickup or same-day delivery. Same-day grocery delivery isn't available in all ZIP codes, so members should log in to confirm availability.

The store's hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday. Find out more here.

The Wayne store will represent Passaic County's only BJ's location, which will give the company 234 clubs in 164 gas stations in 18 states. New Jersey will have 24 BJ's clubs.

BJ's applied in 2020 to open a 105,031-square-foot warehouse store and gas station at the Willowbrook Mall. The business replaces the shuttered Sears at Willowbrook Mall.
