Seniorly, an online marketplace for senior living has released their annual Best of Senior Living Awards for 2024, and named The Bristal at Wayne as New Jersey’s best Assisted Living Community. Seniorly analyzed 500,000 online reviews across 60,000 communities nationwide – selecting just 347 communities for the distinction.

Seniorly partnered with Skypoint – a leading generative data company– to mine and analyze the customer and family reviews to create a sentiment rating across six categories: cleanliness, dining services, staff ratings, value, care services and overall resident satisfaction.

To qualify for the Awards, communities must be in the top two percent of consumer sentiment ratings, be free of licensing violations for the last 36 months and have no evidence of negative media coverage for the last 24 months.
