Bus Strikes Body Discovered In Driveway Of NJ Transit Terminal In Paterson

A bus struck a body that was discovered in the driveway of a NJ Transit bus terminal early Thursday, authorities say.

NJ Transit told Patch that the body was discovered in the entrance to the Broadway Bus Terminal in Paterson at 2:25 a.m.

The body was lying in the driveway prior to the bus making contact with the body, according to NJ Transit.

A cause of death is pending. An investigation is underway, and NJ Transit said it would provide more information as it becomes available.
