Strauss Ball
Celebrate the music of Johann Strauss, the Waltz King, at an authentic re-creation of a gala nineteenth century Viennese Grand Ball on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at the Tides Estate. Edelweiss Passaic Bavarian Folk Dance Group has been hosting our annual Viennese Strauss Ball since 1969 and hope that you can join us for a magical night to be remembered!
Dance the night away on a wooden dance floor to the music of the Kauriga Orchestra. Waltz, polka, tango, ballroom dancing all night. Join in the Grand March. Period folk dancing during orchestra breaks. Strolling musicians during dinner. Fine dining; cocktail hour with butler passed & station hors d'oeuvres followed by multi course dinner with entree options & 5-hour premium open bar. The music, surroundings and ambiance of the Viennese Grand Ball are all here. We hope that you can join us for a magical night to be remembered!
